[mythtv] [PATCH] Visor theme changes

I hope this diff comes in right.

Two changes to the Visor theme but I don't think either are specific to it.

- Expands the date box on the Watch Recording screen for an individual show
in the list.  When I changed my date format to be "Sun 14" instead of "4/14"
the box was too small and overlapped the others.  
- Adds the length in minutes to the Watch Recording information for a show
at the bottom so people can easily see how much was reocrded.  Since I don't
have an aborted show, I can only assume that this field is accurately filled
in by programinfo.cpp with the actual runtime.
