Correct. Actually, I seem to remember that the top item on
the right was not hilighted and the hilight was added as a
solution.

I don't know what the issue with visor would be but if it
is a matter of contrast, maybe it could be addressed with the
choices of colors?.

In any case, in the playbox the top item on the right is
initially selected while the left column is active. If the
user moves right, down, left, she should still be able to
see which item will be played if she preses play.
