[mythtv] [PATCH] Select changes channel (unless you're slecting something in the future)

This patch implements the suggestion made by "james at 
thearmstrongs.org" to have the select key perform "record()" if the show 
being selected is far enough into the future.  Currently the default 
cutoff is 15 minutes, but it can be tweaked by changing the value of 
"SelChangeRecThreshold" which is in seconds.
