Do not issue these commands.  The ivtv Makefile will call the 
appropriate Makefile2.x for your kernel.

Also, if using a PVR-350, do not use patch 38a.  It is nonfunctional 
with the 350.  Chris is working on a fix.  If using a 250, you could use 
38a, but you might want to skip it for now.
