Not for me - if I set my display to a 16:9 size (to match my TV) then all 
my videos from my BTTV card appear in 4:3 because the BTTV stuff always 
assumes the source is 4:3 (which is incorrect 90% of the time for me).  I 
can work around it by setting X to be 4:3 but then xine gets the aspect 
completely wrong when watching videos because in that case the source 
videos are in the correct aspect ratio.  What I really need is a way to 
set the assumed source aspect when encoding from a BTTV card, but when I 
looked at the code I couldn't see where the 4:3 assumption was made 
anyway. :(
