[mythtv] "Allow recording even if duplicate episode" is ignored?

please understand, I'm not suggesting that we change the logic.  I can
forsee there being times when this change will annoy people just as much
as the current code annoys you and others.

Then again, it's *far* less likely to..  so I guess that makes me
ambivalent about it.
