[mythtv] frontend hangs when fast-forwarding across a commercial boundary

Well it doesn't look like this is a direct result of seeking
or commercial skipping per se but rather something going
wrong while it is changing the audio. These changes usually
happen during commercial breaks which is why it would be
associated with commercials. It may be related to seeking
to a point after the change started and/or changing back and
forth rapidly. However, I don't know how to debug this and
can't reproduce it.

Try with and without Settings->General "Aggressive Soundcard
Buffering and Settings->TV Settings->Playback "Extra audio
buffering".
