[mythtv] Fwd: [PATCH] Add profile groups

Well, that last attempt was pretty and all...but it didn't actually work
:)

This one has a few very minor changes (basiclaly my db queries were a bit
off), which actually makes thepatch functional.  I've actually tested the
transcoder now, and it seems to be functioning correctly too.  Life is
good :)
