[mythtv] I modified mythweb to stream mp3's

Hi!

I modified  mythweb( version .11 ) so I can use my currect server setup to
stream my mp3 from my home server with mythweb. ( I'm using nullsoft's
shoutcast as the streaming software)

Basicly I just merged my homemade streaming project with mythweb and voila
:) .  Now I can listen music directly from mythweb :)

I made a tar-ball from the modified files and made it public so
anyone of you may try it out. ( The required nullsoft's shoutcast can be
found from web, so you can download and install it. )

If you want to try this out REMEMBER that this was created for personal
use only so the modifications to conf file has to made by hand and I can't
guarantee it will work on your system.

How to get and install?

- copy the tar from http://www.lantiainen.com/mythweb_stream_0.1.tar and
  save it to your mythwebs root directory ( i.e. /var/www/html/mythweb/ )

- MAKE BACKUP OF YOUR CURRENT MYTHWEB directory!!!

- untar the file ( it will overwrite mythmusic.php files .) and read the
  "INSTALLING_STREAMING" file for instructions how to proceed.
