[mythtv] CCTV

[Kris Cote]

I have a client that wants to send a CCTV feed to several other local buildings, and later on to the general public. My first thought was to use MythTV as both the Backend, and PVR for the end user, but have no experience with MythTV. Can the software be used for such a singular purpose "out of the box" ?
