Do a make clean or rebuild your makefile. My makefile points to right
libqt-mt.prl:

Makefile: libavcodec.pro  /usr/share/qt3/mkspecs/default/qmake.conf ../../settings.pro \
                ../../config.mak \
                /usr/share/qt3/lib/libqt-mt.prl
