[mythtv] frontend bt, latest cvs

Hi,

here's a backtrace of a remote frontend hanging during a channel change
via cursor-up/down. I hope it's useful. 
Note that the mixer was already muted before it got stuck.
It actually didn't segfault, but i stopped the frontend by pressing ctrl-c.

Next time i'll also run the backend inside gdb in case the bug
is actually on the backends side.
