Ahh, see your problem.

No, I will not add a over x hz or something like that, better make that
a part of lnb configuration in the database somehow.

What about a simple string to describe how to convert each of them,
like: freq:correction[[,freq:correction]...]

5150000:60000,10750000:97500000,12000000:11500000.


would this be sufficent for you, and everyone else?
