Thanks to everyone that have contributed by reporting errs and such.

Included a patch for libs/libdvbdev/dvbci.cpp, that should clear
up Steve Browns(and others?) segfault (I think:)

Changes from alpha-0.3:
    - Implemented check of channel paramameters against card capabilities.
    - Did some more of those fixes/cleanups from Ben.
    - Redid the order parameters is parsed.
    - Fixed a bad use of malloc/free/new/delete in DVBCam/Sections.
    - Added poll to the timeout countdown for frontend tuning
           (Thanks to Oscar Carlsson for reporting).
    - Added frontend status printing when tuning.
    - Shifted the tuning bits around a bit (so it won't go around infinite).
    - Made most messages ready for VERBOSE().
    - Made ParseQuery lower the case of strings (Edward Wildgoose).
    - Got rid of column++ and made SqlQuery reference instead of pointer.
    - Disabled most of the section parsers & made them compile without warning.
    - Fix incorrect checking of INVERSION_AUTO (Steve Brown)
    - Fix incorrect checking of some DVB-T settings.
    - Fix deallocation of ipacks in DVBRecorder.
    - Constellation for DVB-T is modulation in database.
