I've just applied this to current CVS, though I had to rearrange things a bit 
in the settings screen, as your addition made it too tall to fit..  

I do seem to remember some people having problems compiling the 
libpostprocess/ dir in libavcodec, though.   There used to be a very similar 
filter plugin, just disabled, a while back.
