Since you did the original FF/Rew stuff, what do you think of moving
some of the logic to NVP, i.e. repeat seeks until told to stop?  The
idea is to get smoother FF/Rew support.  Since the controlling logic
in TV isn't in time sync with NVP, the result can sometimes be jerky.
