[mythtv] mpeg4 encoding broken in cvs

Yes. MPEG-4 recordings appear to to have green to green-yellow
gradient horizontal bars covering the screen with the image
lightly superimposed. It sort of looks like the screen is
covered with green corrugated plastic. The width of the green
bars changes when the horizontal recording width is changed.

RTjpeg does not have this problem. Old recordings playback
properly so the problem is in recording.

This does not happen with a build from just before the first
ffmpeg resync yesterday but does happen with current CVS. I
tried to mix'n'match yesterday's libavcodec with current CVS
to further isolate the problem but ran into compile problems.

Debian Sarge, linux 2.4.22 w/ v4l2 patches, bttv 0.9.11, Debian
qt3 3.2.1-6, gcc 3.3.2 20031005.
