[mythtv] Compiling tips on Debian Unstable

In the meantime, I've had packages of mythvideo for some time, at:

deb http://wang-fu.org/debian ./
deb-src http://wang-fu.org/debian ./

Those should hold you over until Matt gets his 'official' ones released.
