[mythtv] Patch: Add support for tv_grab_uk_rt

This patch adds support for the radio times grabber in the UK.  It
deliberately doesn't add the option to the setup screen though because the
actual grabber code still needs some working on before it is suitable for
"the masses" (However, If you know what you are doing then just change the
grabber in the videosources table)

One of the issues is that all the "categories" are in lower case, eg
"comedy", this doesnt get picked up by the EPG and give a nice coloured
screen (but mythweb does a case insensitive match so it DOES work).  I kind
of missed where the code actually matches the categories from the XML file
(can someone refer me to a line?  Is it the regexp(blah) bit?)  However, as
a general proposal, would it be an acceptable patch to change the match to
be case insensitive?

In the meantime I'm also going to try and patch the grabber to put my
preferred capitalisation on so that it looks a bit more pretty onscreen as
well
