[mythtv] MythTV: Windows frontend

Thanks for all the work that you have done. I am using your updates on
Windows XP and on Windows ME. My wife and daughter are very happy to be able
to play mythtv recordings on their windows computers.

How difficult would it be to add the episode and description columns?

Oops, didn't think about that.
I'll fix the installation and test it on winme.
I don't know if the column shell extension works on winme or not.
