[mythtv] Preparing for 0.12

Sound good... but at the moment, there are two way the mythbackend can
crash. The backend crash when trying to access via MythWeb and select the
"Record Program" option. From the look at backtrace, it crashes in via
ddmpeg library. The second crash when I enable transcoding at the end of a
recording. For some reason (still looking at it), the backend always crash
if I enable this. Any hint???
	I am currently using the CVS code with a ivtv and via M10000 board...

So, I'm thinking that I'll probably be able to put out a release later next
week (say, the 16-19 or so).  Any objections? =)  Anyway, consider this a
last call for major patches.
