[mythtv] [PATCH] quck and dirty DNR filter plugin

If it's YV12 then no (NuppelVideo always uses this format?),
720x576x12bits=622080, room to spare. I didn't want to add any more delay to
the channel changing, since it loads/unloads at every channel change.
