Well, since this patch lets you adjust the global Xv
settings, you could make yourself a little 30 second
test-pattern video, put it in myth's store directory,
run myth.rebuilddatabase.pl, and name the new file
TestPattern or something.  Then you could just watch
TestPattern whenever you wanted to use it, and adjust
during that...  :)  Yay for hacks!

But back to Isaac's comments, I'll try to submit an
updated patch tonight, reworked to use Qt's
signal/slot goodness, and hopefully this can get into
cvs in not too long.  :)
