[mythtv] Patch for streamtypes and birrate selection

This changes the default increment/decrement on bitrate to 100 instead 
of 500. It also changes the default values from 16000/8000 to 9600/2200 
(Seems more sane to me).  Also adds the stream types of DVD-Special 1 
and DVD-Special 2 to the GUI.

updates recordingprofile.cpp and mpegrecorder.cpp
