[mythtv] [PATCH] cropping filter, + filterchains bugs

*shrug*, it does, much less often, but sometimes they will both segfault
together. Also I investigated the filter 'reloading' issue, It seems that
whenever a recording is started, a filter chain is loaded, and deleted, and
loaded again. However I don't see any calls to reload it after that, it
seems to reload from disk automagically, pretty much instantaneously+video
delay from changing the lib on disk. Could this be a os issue? I just
recently upgraded to fedora 1, perhaps dlopen() is broken. In any case, you
should try making a change to a lib file while it is currently running.
