[mythtv] Mythtranscoide problems

Sorry for being a bit slow to respond.  It appears that several people
are having problems with the transcoder recently.

I'll start looking into these shortly, however my myth box crashed
earlier this week, hosing my database, and I've been trying to pick up
the pieces.  Also, I have been running a pretty old myth rev (pre 0.12)
for quite a while since it works well, and I'm of the "ain't broke don't
fix it" persuasion.  So the short answer is, it'll probably take me some
time to fix the problems people are seeing.

I'll update when I have more info.
