I would have murdered for this example dump a week ago :-) As it turns out, I 
have configured "lp_code_rate" and "fec" back-to-front! This probably explains 
the major troubles I am having with 50% of the channels...

So although I haven't answered your problems, you seem to have helped me 
immensely!

I must take another look at this. The last version I downloaded (about a week 
ago) did not edit DVB data (unless I missed somethig), and prevented mythvideo 
from compiling - mythwizard.h being included in settings.h broke this.

Sorry I cannot help - I edited the DVB tables by hand (mysqlcc is an excellent 
tool for this), but thanks for the help you've given me!
