[mythtv] Preview of a new theme

Hello,

I made another preview:

Same as before, I'm on DSL, so be gentle :)

Changed from preview1:
 - changed the logo a little. still not sure about how i want it
 - changed the background a little..
 - made the title 40% instead of 25%, a little more "white" now
 - changed the fontsize a little
 - changed to Verdana
 - more stuff that isn't seen here ;)

Haven't had much time lately to work on this, but don't worry. Biggest issue now
is to make qtlook.txt look good. Not that easy to get it right.
