[mythtv] QMutex in mythcontext.h error

I just started to get this error when I tried to update to the latest 
cvs. Mythtv compiles and runs fine, but some of the plugins don't 
compile. I done some searching and other's have had the same problem, 
but the solution wasn't ever posted. Any help would be great.
