[mythtv] Updated visor/visorosd theme

[Ben Levitt]

This version is really aimed at 0.12 users, but should
work fine with cvs.  It doesn't use any of the new
theme features in cvs like the small/big fonts, or the
%prefix|postfix|ifnull% construction.
