[mythtv] Preview of a new theme

Hi folks

  Guess  it's good enough to at least show a screenshot of it.. It's a new theme
  I'm working on.

  Please be gentle, I'm only on 512kbit dsl.

  Don't  know when it will be ready for first release, depends on how much spare
  time I get to work on it.
