[mythtv] [patch] epg selection / over-pre record display / small:fonts

Three (updated) patches against current cvs:

1. Update to the previous 'epg record type selection fix#2', previous version 
still had trouble with the new mutex, should be fixed now.

2. Displays recordings that are in 'over' or 'pre' recording with a lighter 
color on the playback box screen. Also enables the 'stop recording' popup for
them. The new function RemoteGetRecordingStatus(ProgramInfo *) provides the 
recording status (none/rec/pre/over).

3. The 'small:fonts' patch with some small changes.
