[mythtv] Commercial skip limit

Are you using auto commercial flagging?  It shouldn't be possible
if you're using the auto-flagging, but there may be a code in the
other part of the code that does real-time skipping when watching
a show that hasn't been flagged.  Are you running CVS or 0.8?  Lots
of stuff has changed since 0.8, so even if it happens with auto-flagging
it may have been fixed already.
