[mythtv] PATCH: Fixed Dutch translation

Hello,

after my first attempt of translating MythTV to Dutch, here is a new and
improved version. Specifically, it now includes a translation for both
MythTV and MythWeather and fixes a few typos (there were 2 or 3 which
caused invalid xml format!).
Also, after the changes in tvmenu.xml and friends, I have made sure it can
be patched against the CVS of today (thursday).
