[mythtv] [PATCH] Channel preset hack

We don't have the A-Z at the remotes, so that's why the hack... Thanks again

Is not that difficult to understand, we need to assign any other number
instead of the channel number, usually we simply use a sequence in our
living room tv/vdr. Each single number in the sequence is preset to a
specific channel (i.e 1->S15, 2->30, 3->53... ). From the remote we do
simply press the first sequencial number, not the real channel number.
That hack clearly does that well, but... (and that's my question) Would not
be easier to just use chanid, which is already a number and is there, and
then setup a preference for using it while changing the channels, I haven't
looked to the source for this yet, but seems less agressive since does not
require additional columns to the database, maybe that will require a more
intrussive patch to the code?.
