[mythtv] [PATCH] Icons disappearing in program guide

As I reported yesterday I notice the lack of channel icons on the left of
the epg, while they are present in the top.
The patch attached is very trivial, I am aiming for the smallest submitted
patch and this doesn't beat my previous record of 611 byte :)

The problem reside in the call of LoadIcon with iconsize equal to zero. I
don't know why "itype" call fails, I looked the ui.xml and all seems ok, but
it fails and the iconsize has to be loaded from "type".
