[mythtv] Seg fault when pressing "o" on a channel with no

I'll try to look into it tonight or tomorrow.  Maybe have the backend
fill in the title with "No Program Data Available" with proper start/end
dates unless their's no data available, then fill in some fake start/end
dates to it doesn't mess up browsing.
