[mythtv] DirecTV PPV Script UPDATED

Purpose: To download DTV PPVs and put them in the myth database.

Changes:

- Updated the file so that it would also update the categories, stars,
and airdate. Laid down the framework so that the script can also update
the actors/credits as soon as it becomes available.

- Took out one of the "wait" sequences in the file that asked for
feedback. Speeds up operation a bit.
