[mythtv] Dual tuner annoyance

Yeah I tried looking at it a little, but didn't see a fix that I was up
to implementing.  I've got my hands full playing with menus. I think
I've bitten off more than I can chew, but I'm not chocking on it yet.

Unfortunately, there's no real easy way to fix this quickly -- it needs
to 
have some understanding that the tuner's in use now for an unspecified
time, 
but that it can still use it if it really, really needs to..
