[mythtv] PATCH: enhanced closed caption support

What might be a good idea, is if you used the new osd stuff to set the
CC container.  This would allow people to easily change how the CC
displays, and have it match the rest of the osd theme.

This patch includes:
        Gregorio Gervasio's patch for roll-up captions
        captions are white text on black background
        better suport for positioning.
        
I suggest that you also use the monospace font Isaac added to cvs a few
days ago.

Next up: color and italics. I don't have an ETA since things at work are
pretty insane right now.
