[mythtv] PATCH: Multiple Fonts in OSD

If anyone needs graphics (based on iulius) of any sort to test code on, I
can supply either the pngs (let me know what the "parts" are) or the
photoshop files for you to tinker with yourself.

I would, however, like to be involved in the graphics part, so if you'd like
larger changes or have better layout ideas, let me know so I can play with
the UI a little ;)
