[mythtv] Porting the frontend to windows

KDE takes a while to startup, but I've also looked at other
window managers (and you should too). Some of the lightweight
managers (blackbox, twm, etc...) can startup in less than 5
seconds (I have a .xinitrc that I'll post in another thread
on the mythusers list that goes from command-line to starting
MythTV on blackbox in about 5 seconds).
This doesn't count the time to boot the linux kernel, though.
If you trim out everything you don't need, this could be be
very quick, too.
