[mythtv] mythmusic sort list patch

Hello,

This patch has been modified to work with the post playlist code.

It displays the song list according to the current shuffle.  The option
is enabled by setting ListAsShuffled=1 in the mythmusic-settings.txt
file.

It is disabled by default as to not offend anyone who prefers the
current blind jumping when shuffled.

It also ensures the current track is not lost when changing shuffles.
