[mythtv] Dual (simultaneous) use of MythTV box

Guess I should mention that I find it almost impossible to run myth
viewing tv/shows and to compile/work on the same machine and not notice
a few hickups in myth.

Usually myth keeps working ok, and the vid/aud glitches are not "bad",
but they are there.

I haven't quite found the right set of priorities, etc. to make it all
play just right.
