[mythtv] Re:Help needed testing logo detection code

Yeah, I looked at this site from when it was mentioned in a post before, this 
is pretty much that code, you need to make a decision on 'how bright is 
bright' else you can't decide what is a logo and what isn't.

Could you dd out a few megs of one of the failing NUVs for me please?
