[mythtv] Slave backend using different encodings specs

Okay, but the issue is I want 2 different Live TV settings.  One for the
master backend and one for the slave backend.  I also want the slave
frontend to always use the slave backend for "Live TV".  Maybe this is
how things work already.

Live TV uses the profile named (of all things) "Live TV".
