[mythtv] Internationalization patch

Here the patch for internationalization of mythtv and mythvideo. Settings
are not internationalized yet.

Put .qm file in /usr/local/share/mythtv/i18n (or whatever your mythtv
directory is)

To produce .qm file, issue a lupdate mythfrontend.pro to produce a .ts file,
then after done translations, issue a lrelease mythfronted.pro

To add other language, modify mythfronted.pro

To select the language in mythtv, insert a "Locale" "it" in setting table of
mythconverg database.

For the XML file, provide a _it version in the same directory of the
original xml file.
