[mythtv] 2 tv cards and selecting the correct /dev/dsp device in setup

Hi,

I have 2 happauge winpci cards with msp3410s and it appears that I can't 
select the right dspN for the second card.  It should be /dev/dsp4 but the 
GIU setup only sees devices up to dsp3.  dsp and dsp1 are audio cards.  I 
went into the database directly and selected the correct device and it worked 
correctly.  In the example below dsp2 is digital out card0 and dsp4 is 
digital out card1.
