[mythtv] MythVideo focus problem (with patch)

The focus patch seems to have fixed most of my window focus problems. 
However, about 25% of the time switching from live tv to the frontend 
the terminal window behind ends up with focus and I have to click the 
frontend with a mouse to get back in business. The other 75% of the 
time the frontend correctly regains focus. Backend and frontend 
terminal messages seem normal either way.
