[mythtv] [TRANS] Danish translation of mythtv

Hi folks (and Isaac in particular).

I finally took the time to do the danish translation (only mythtv for
now, other components will follow).

In the process I also found a few things that should be updated
regardles regarding i18n:

translate.pro:
+SOURCES += ../programs/mythfrontend/manualschedule.cpp
+SOURCES += ../programs/mythfrontend/rankprograms.cpp
+SOURCES += ../programs/mythfrontend/rankchannels.cpp

A diff is included together with the addition of the danish language.
I believe I got every spot :)

diffs and .ts file i two seperate archives.

I hope everything checks out... I have tested it for about 10 minuttes
and corrected what flaws I could find.
